I purchased the Silk Skin Foundation in shades 6W and 5WN. I really love the formula, texture, and how beautifully it sits on the skin. The finish and staying power are also very good.
However, I was quite disappointed with the shades. I expected them to work well with Gulf/olive undertones, but unfortunately both shades looked extremely orange on my skin. For someone with a light to light-medium complexion, even with a warm/olive undertone, I don’t think these two shades would be suitable.
It’s honestly a shame because the formula itself is beautiful. I just wish the shades were more neutral/olive and less orange.
