Delivery

The list of countries that we currently deliver to will be displayed during the check-out process. Delivery lead times will vary according to destination and will be confirmed to you once the product is shipped.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. 

It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address information and contact details. We will not be liable if you provide us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Website before you finalize your order, please check these carefully, you consent to this charge when you submit your order.

A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us. The risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery.

 

Shipping Time
The processing time for orders is 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time is within 3 to 7 working days for Local Delivery (Kuwait), International. Please bear in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

 

Return / Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund in the event that the product arrives damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. To request a refund, you must contact our customer service team by writing to us at info@ahoodbeauty.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and a copy of your confirmation email. 

The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned products. Unless prohibited by law, any shipping and handling charges paid for the original purchase will not be refunded. 

Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to our customer service staff when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account. 

 

Exchange Policy

Any kind of exchange of product/shade cannot be requested. Once the order is placed the item that you ordered will be delivered. After the delivery if the product/shade is not same what is being ordered then only the exchange will be effective and contact via email within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

 

The above mentioned all policy is valid within 14 days. If the product is being used or opened in any case than Ahood Beauty is not entitle for any kind or return or exchange accordingly.
