No one can speak about Ohood products, except that they are among the finest and best makeup currently available. However, with the last order, I was very upset because it came to me missing 3 lipsticks, even though I paid the full amount. What is even more sad is that I sent enough emails and tried to communicate via direct messages, but I did not found in my email a message of you only one email apology for their delay in responding, and of course I did not see anything else. I wish you had dealt with the problem more professionally, especially since you do not have a direct contact number and I am a regular customer.
