Delivery
The list of countries that we currently deliver to will be displayed during the check-out process. Delivery lead times will vary according to destination and will be confirmed to you once the product is shipped.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
It is your responsibility to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address information and contact details. We will not be liable if you provide us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Website before you finalize your order, please check these carefully, you consent to this charge when you submit your order.
A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us. The risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery.
Shipping Time
The processing time for orders is 48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time is within 3 to 7 working days for Local Delivery (Kuwait), International. Please bear in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
Exchange & Return Policy
In accordance with Kuwait’s Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Once an order is placed, the item you selected will be delivered as is. Requests to change the product or shade after placing the order will not be accepted.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
This policy is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
To report a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at info@ahoodbeauty.com with the following details: name, address, order number, phone number, and email address, and the reason for the request.
