I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the *Multi-Use Highlighter – Glossy Sun* that I recently purchased.

I have a photo showing the product has separated into two distinct layers inside the bottle. It appears that the formula is not properly mixed or has become unstable, which raises concerns about the product’s quality and usability.

I was disappointed to receive the product in this condition, especially as I expected high quality from your brand. A cosmetic product should not separate like this under normal conditions.

I kindly request a replacement or refund, and I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
